ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing usually takes up to 24-48 hours. Please note, during sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time. DOTS operates Monday to Friday (in some cases on Saturdays too) with the exception of national holidays.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with Aramex and DHL (in case of DHL, only if specifically requested by a customer upon an email).

All orders within Georgia are shipped with DHL.

Costs and delivery:
International shipping via Aramex: $20 (5-8 working days)
Free international shipping via Aramex: For orders above $400 (5-8 working days)
International shipping via DHL: Upon request (3-5 working days)
Domestic shipping within Georgia via DHL: Free (1-2 working days)
Store pickup option: Upon request

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Any order shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia may be subject to country's import taxes, which are customer's responsibility. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift. In addition, unfortunately DOTS cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return shipping fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note, items with any discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

DOTS will be glad to exchange or return a full price, unworn, unwashed piece within 14 days since the order is delivered. Strictly keep original packaging and all the tags, otherwise the return or exchange will not be processed.

Customer is fully responsible for return/exchange shipping and other associated costs.
