We ship worldwide with Aramex and DHL (in case of DHL, only if specifically requested by a customer upon an email).

All orders within Georgia are shipped with DHL.

Any order shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia may be subject to country's import taxes, which are customer's responsibility. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift. In addition, unfortunately DOTS cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return shipping fee.


Please note, items with any discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

DOTS will be glad to exchange or return a full price, unworn, unwashed piece within 14 days since the order is delivered. Strictly keep original packaging and all the tags, otherwise the return or exchange will not be processed.
